I'm excited to get to know you and set goals together. We may work to understand a diagnosis, explore changes in identity, or learn new methods of mindfulness. Therapy should be a safe place to define yourself and your individualized needs.
I specialize with individuals or couples facing life transitions and relationship conflicts. My main methods include: CBT, MBSR, and Motivational Interviewing.
